This trajectory focuses on people who want to master the systemic perspective for professional and private use, such as executives, HR managers, policy makers, consultants, therapists, trainers, small civil society workers, teachers, activists, ....

Each trajectory is modularly composed according to the learning objectives of the participants and consists of a basic module complemented by specific modules with applications for work and private life. These can be family ties and relationships, professional life, upbringing and teaching, the art of helping, working in a team, systemic perception and intuition development, pre- and perinatal impact, .... After completion of the training, participants can choose to deepen their personal learning process in a systemic learning group.

The trajectory is a transformational learning process in which participants are invited to explore their experiences through self-reflection, their genogram, exercises and sub-moments. In addition, theoretical concepts are provided through handouts and reading suggestions. Participants in previous editions of the program have experienced intense work on personal themes as a personal enrichment and a prerequisite for understanding the systemic principles from within and applying them in their daily lives.

Exploring personal themes requires the courage to come out of your comfort zone whilst also guarding your boundaries. Respect for boundaries, confidentiality and freedom of learning are of paramount importance to me. If necessary, participants can call on my guidance outside of the course days.
