The systemic perspective runs like a thread through my guidance of people, teams and organizations, often in the background, sometimes very explicitly. Because I find this way of looking at things so valuable, I offer the System Dynamics development trajectory and thematic workshops. Both are tailored to the needs of the participants.

System Dynamics represents the personal integration that I have made over the last 20 years through a wide range of systemic initiatives, workshops, supervision, training, and personal guidance, in particular the System Dynamics annual training programme and thematic forums on education and parenting, disease and health, and socio-cultural matters. I was also inspired by various systemic schools, traditions and teachers and have experienced this pioneering education as an enrichment for me as a person and a professional, for my clients, and for the wider environment.

Through System Dynamics’ activities, I strive to make the power and possibilities of systemic work more available to the individual, the organization, and society. This objective is based on the conviction that working with the systemic perspective can make an important contribution to the development of one’s full potential, to the transformation of people and organizations, and to the development of a more sustainable world.
