Individually

Individual coaching of leaders can consist of anything from a one-off contact, right up to a long-term trajectory that runs over several years. I always work with the specific question of the client in mind, bring clarification and new insights, and stimulate action. In addition, I offer theoretical frameworks, suggest reading materials and attending workshops, and recommend colleagues and specialists from my varied network.

I also take the metaphor of being on the road together literally, by guiding whilst walking as much as possible keeping in mind Prof. Ulrich Libbrecht’s "the road is wiser than the signpost".

Oikonde

Individually and intense

Oikonde (on the way home) programme stands for an intense individual guidance of several consecutive days and is aimed at people who want to make a breakthrough when faced with challenging professional and personal questions. This trajectory is always exclusively tailored to the specific learning edges of the participant(s). After an introductory conversation in which the direction of the trajectory and key questions are mapped out, we spend time together over a period of a few days to gradually come to a clarification of the issues, make decisions, and agree on an action plan.

I offer the Oikonde trajectory to small groups of 1 to 5 participants as, in principle, a residential programme.

Team coaching

Team coaching on specific issues such as a relaunch after a reorganization or major personnel change, clarifying team goals, supporting leadership, strengthening team spirit, raising awareness and resolving systemic entanglements, creating shared responsibility, clarifying conflicts and non-productive dynamics, ....

Coach the coach

This individual coaching of leaders in their role as coach is designed to everyone's unique development trajectory. I provide frameworks, reflect on attitudes in general, the attitude of the coach, and stimulate further development of skills whilst clarifying concrete cases together.

I also offer this "coach the coach" as an in-company training tailored to the company culture, values and learning needs of the participants. This creates a shared and coherent coaching framework and allows leaders to support and question each other.

Family businesses

Supervision of family businesses, both for family, owners, and management, as well as the mutual interaction, preparation and follow-up of transitions and succession, conflict prevention and mediation. In these particular enterprises, two systems with different systemic dynamics combine, leading at first glance to irreconcilable differences and, in some cases, conflict. My intervention aims at a smooth interplay between family values and the economic interests of the enterprise, and at identifying and, where necessary, unravelling the complex relationships and themes between families, owners, and executives.

If desired, this assistance is provided in collaboration with a specialised law firm.

Systemic development trajectory

In this intense and experiential trajectory, the participants get to know the basic dynamics of systems, learning to apply them to their professional and private environment, such as leadership, relationships, education and social engagements.

The exact content and duration of the trajectory, which can last from 5 to 10 days, depend on the composition of the group and its learning needs.
